The only difference can be found within the keyboards: The SteelSeries Apex 7 uses common switches while the SteelSeries Apex Pro features the new OmniPoint switches which allow for flexible adjustment of the actuation distance. From the looks and the feature set, both keyboards are basically the same.

The SteelSeries Apex 7 is a cheaper variant of the SteelSeries Apex Pro.
